RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby appoint and name Logan & Styrbicki, Court Reporters, to
provide the services for the hearing to be conducted before the
Hearing Examiner in the electric rate matter initiated by Northern
States Power Company in its petition for rate increases, dated
October 12, 1973, pursuant to the provisions of its franchise,
Section 7, Ordinance No. 15319, approved February 7, 1973; and,
therefore, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, 'Ifhat charg�es in payment with respect to
the aforesaid be on forms authorized by the Director of Finance
and shall be out of the funds provided under the franchise.
