Resolved, that the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company be given
permission to instal ) and thereafter maintain approximately 18 lineal
feet of buried cable across the alley bounded by Bradford Street (Vacated) ,
Hampden Avenue, Long Avenue and Ellis Avenue, 165 feet from the property
line of Bradford Street (Vacated) . Also, place two poles on Long Avenue
at eight feet from north line and at 140' and 403' west of Bradford Street
west line, as per attached and approved application and plans.
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company shall pay the cost of publication
incident hereto.

Dear Sir:

thereafter maintain) : buried cable across an alley bounded by Hampden
Avenue, Bradford Street Vacated , Long Avenue, and Ellis Avenue. Also, _

in accordance with the sketch attached hereto; work to start on or after
10-20-]3 and to be completed on or before 10-30-73
The applicant, in carrying on any and all of the work referred to in this
application, shall strictly conform to the terms of such application as
approved together with any special provisions which are made a part thereof.
The applicant specifically agrees to be bound thereby. The applicant shall
also comply with the regulations of all other governmental agencies for the
protection of the public. The work shall be accomplished in full compliance
with all applicable portions of the City of St. Paul Specificatior.s for
Street and Sewer Construction.
