WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessaxy in the Improvement described as
the Construction of Concrete Curb and Walk on SHERMAN STREET from Exchange to Ramsey,
RAMSEY STREET from Sherman to West Seventh, WEST SEVENTH STREET from Ramsey to Forbes,
FORBES AVENUE from West Seventh to Exchange, EXCHANGE STREET from Forbes to Sherman,
Contract No. L-7620, City Project No. 73-C-0517, Gustafson's Landscape & Construction
Company, Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions as per Administrative
Order D-902, dated October 17, 1973, for Contract Change Agreement No. L
Additions: as per Items 1 through 11 on the attached sheet
Total IJet Addition to Contract = $2,1+81.3T
and
WHEREAS, The total addition is $2,�+81.37, �d the Director of Public Works has agreed
with the Contractor that the amount of $2,�+81.37 is the correct swn to be added to
said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing
addition made in accordance with the Specifications in the stmm of $2,1+81.37, said
amount to be added to the 11unp sinn consideration named in the contract, known as
� Contract L-7620, and which amount is to be financed from Urban Renewal Bond �ds.
