That Ordinance No. 7607, approved February 13, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out the specifications for the titles "Head Clerk--Water Department" and "Supervisor of Meter Reading"; and by substituting in lieu thereof the following statement: "Thia title is abolished except as to present incumbent. " Section 2.
