SCOTT DAVIES MEMORANDUM CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY JANICE FENSKE AND HER INSURANCE COMPANY, THE LAFAYETTE AGENCY; NEIL MA.RTIN AND HIS INSURANCE COMPANY, EMPLOYERS INS. OF WAUSAU; AND MRS. JULIA CLARK Claimant, Janice Fenske, was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul fire vehicle on June 30, 1973. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for the re- pair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Ms. Fenske and the Lafayette Agency in the amount of $28 .95. Claimant, Neil Martin, requests payment for his auto- mobile windshield damaged by a Reserve Police Officer directing traffic after the Billy Graham Grusade. Liability is on the part of the City. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Martin and Employers Ins. of Wausau' s claim in the amount of $55.73. Claimant, Mrs. Julia Clark, requests payment for damages resulting from a sidewalk falldown on 9th Street on February 3, 1973. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for medical bills, broken glasses and torn clothing resulting from the falldown.
