RE50LVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, t o:
1. Janice Fenske and her insurance company, The Lafayette
Agency, the sxm of $28.95 in full settlement of their
claim of damages sustained on or about June 30, 1973,
as more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on July 27, 1973.
2. Neil Martin and his insurance company, Employers Ins.
of Wausau, the sum of $55.73 in full settlement of
their claim of damages sustained on or about July 18,
1973, as more particularly set out in a communication
tA the City Council on July 31, 1973.
3 . Mrs. Julia Clark the sum of $56.25 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
February 3, 1973, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on February 16, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JANICE FENSKE AND HER INSURANCE
COMPANY, THE LAFAYETTE AGENCY; NEIL
MA.RTIN AND HIS INSURANCE COMPANY,
EMPLOYERS INS. OF WAUSAU; AND
MRS. JULIA CLARK
Claimant, Janice Fenske, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul fire vehicle on June 30, 1973. Liability
is on the part of the City. Expenses are for the re-
pair of the damaged vehicle. This office approves the
settlement of Ms. Fenske and the Lafayette Agency in
the amount of $28 .95.
Claimant, Neil Martin, requests payment for his auto-
mobile windshield damaged by a Reserve Police Officer
directing traffic after the Billy Graham Grusade. Liability
is on the part of the City. This office approves the
settlement of Mr. Martin and Employers Ins. of Wausau' s
claim in the amount of $55.73.
Claimant, Mrs. Julia Clark, requests payment for damages
resulting from a sidewalk falldown on 9th Street on
February 3, 1973. Liability is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for medical bills, broken glasses and torn
clothing resulting from the falldown. This office approves
the settlement of Mrs. Clark' s claim in the amount of
$56.25.
