RESOLVED� That the owner of the property at 1843 Ross Avenue,
described as Lot 17, Block 1, Aurora Addition, having requested
tha.t the City reconstruct a public sidewalk adjacent to his prop-
erty and assess the costs therefor, and having waived notice of
hearing prior to the inclusion of said work in a fina.l order, the
Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby direct the Depa.rtment
of Fublic Works to comply with the request of said property owner
and construct the public sidewalk as an addition to Sidewalk
Construction Final Order� Council File 261279� approved Ma.y 21�
1973, and upon completion thereof, report the costs to the City
Council for purposes of assessment together with other costs in-
curred in the construction of the sidewalks constructed pursua.nt
to the said Final Order, C. F. 261279.
