Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations for placing approximately
385 lineal feet of buried cable along Jessamine Avenue between Rice and Park Street
From an existing manhole at the west alley line east of Rice
Street, to a point 14' east of the Park Street west line
all at 13' north of the Jessamine Avenue south line.
The Telephone Company to pay cost of publication incident hereto.

Dear Sir:
Application is hereby made for permission to {�a�a�a�/construct and
thereafter maintain) : a buried cable along Jessamine Avenue from an
alley east of Rice Street to Park Street
in accordance with the sketch attached hereto; work to start on or after
April 1 , lj��+ and to be completed on or before April 30, 19]4
The applicant, in carrying on any and all of the work referred to in this
application, shall strictly conform to the terms of such application as
approved together with any special provisions which are made a part thereof.
`� The applicant specifically agrees to be bound thereby. The applicant shall
also comply with the regulations of all other qovernmental agencies for the
protection of the public. The work shall be accomplished in full compliance
with all applicable portions of the City of St. Paul Specifications for
Street and Sewer Construction.
