Resolved, that the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company be given
permission to install and thereafter maintain approximately 780 lineal
feet of buried cable along Park Street 15 feet from the west property
line between an alley north of Geranium Avenue and Jessamine Avenue
then 17' from the east property line between Jessamine Avenue and
an alley south of Jessamine Avenue as per attached and approved
application and plans.
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company shall pay the cost of publication
incident hereto.

� Application is hereby made for permission to �(�d4�l�construct and
thereafter maintain) : buried telephone cable along and across Park
Street from an alley north of Geranium Avenue to an alley south of
Jessamine Avenue
in accordance with the sketch attached hereto; work to start on or after
April 1 , 1g74 and to be completed on or before April 3�� 1974
The applicant, in carrying on any and all of the work referred to in this
- application, shall strictly conform to the terms of such application as
approved together with any special provisions which are made a part thereof.
���The applicant specifically agrees to be bound thereby. The applicant shall
also comply with the regulations of all other go'vernmental agencies for the
protection of the public. The work shall be accomplished in full compliance
with all applicable portions of the City of St. Paul Specifications for
Street and Sewer Construction.
