release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, tdi' _
l. PhylTis Supornick the sum of $26.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
Ma,y 30, 1973, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on June 21, 1973.
2. Mrs. Clara Tideman the sum of $30]�.50 in full
settlement of her claim of damages szstained on or
about June 19, 1973, as more particularly set out
in a communication to the City Council on July 10, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY PHYLLIS SUPORNICK AND MRS. CLARA TIDEMAN
Claimant, Phyllis Supornick, requests payment for
personal injuries received as a result of a sidewalk
falldown on May 30, 1973. Liability is on the part
of the City. Expenses are for personal injuries and
the repair of a pair of glasses broken as a result of
the falldown.
Claimant, Mrs. Clara Tidemann, requests payment for
personal injuries received as a result of a sidewalk
falldown on June 19, 1973. Liability is on the part
of the City. Expenses are for loss of wages and
medical bills which resulted because of this accident.
