Services, Division of Property Management, is hereby directed to notify
Toltz, King, Duvall, And.erson and Associates, Inc. that pursuant to an
agreement between the City of Saint Paul and Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson
and. Associates, Council File 244909, the latter shall furnish engineering
services as follows:
