Dear Mr. Dunford:
In reference to the attached Council Resolution I wish to state the
following.
The financing for the Maryland Ave. Projects No. P-0526A and P-05268
included an assessment amount of $25,000.00. In the award of Project
P-0526A this amount of $25,000.00 was included, and when the award of con-
tract was made for ProJect P-05266, an additional amount of $15,000.00 was
included as an assessment.
The attached Council Resolution merely transfers this $15,000.00 from
Assessments to County Aid Funds to satisfy the requirement of the Finance
Department.
