The assessment af beneffts, cast AF.L—E_'Sn�'n��'R for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted ta the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same ia hereby in all reapects approved.
R�SOLVE�D FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an sa.id assessment on the 31st
y of October, 1973 , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court Hause and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.

tained, to-wit: the sum of � 9,439.43 upon each and every lot, part or parcel af land deemed
benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of ea�eh lot,part or paxcel of la.nd in accordance with
the benefits conferred thereon; that the said asse�sment has been completed, and that hereto attached,
identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the sa.id asseasment as
com�leted by him, and whieh is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
considered proper.
