WHFFtEAS: Cicero Flood has not used the On Sale Malt Beverage license, but is operating the
restaurant business� he requests the return of the license fee posted for the On
Sale Ma.lt Beverage license, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That Application M 102l�9 for f)n Sale Malt Beverage license, made by Cicero Flood
at 261� W. Seventh �treet is hereby cancelled and the proper City officers are
authorized to refund to Cicero Flood the fee of $150.00.
