RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon the request of the
Mayor and the reconmendation of the Saint Paul Long-Range Capital Improvement
Budget Committee, that the CApital Improvement Budget for the City of Saint Paul
for 1970, as heretofore adopted by this Council and as amended, is hereby further
amended in the following particulars:
1 ) That the allocation for the "Crosby Farm Development" be increased
$35,346 by a transfer from the Unallocated Administative Reserve,
For a net change in the budget of zero.

I am submi�ting to you four Council Resolutions which involve trans-
�'ers of C.I.B. monies to provide additional funding for two C.I.B.
projects, Crosby Lake and Frost Recreation Building.
Bids have been taken on both projects and the additional funding
is necessary if we are to proceed with both award and construction.
