RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve application of the Housing and Redevelopment

Authority of the City;'of Saint Paul, Minnesota, for abatement of

taxes and assessments on parcels of real estate acquired by the
said Authority for �redevelopment, and that said assessments are
hereby cancelled, the description of said parcels and amounts of
such taxes and assessments being shown in County Auditor' s File
Numbers as set forth in the letter to the City Clerk from the
Depa.rtment of Property Taxation dated September 18, 1973, which
letter is attached hereto and ma.de a part of this resolution.
