RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the Department of
Public Works, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
accept dedication of various easements for street and pedestrian
purposes granted to the City of Saint Paul by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul for purposes
of Wood Street turnaround; new Delos Street and Cul-De-Sac;
Livingston Avenue Cul-De-Sac; and for pedestrian purposes, and the
City Attorney' s office is authorized to record the Grants of
Easements in the proper office of recordation.

This office has completed the review of the proposed dedication and wishes
to report the following:
The Department of Public Works recommer_ds acceptin� the easement
subject to the follawing changes in the grant:
In Pa.ragraphs (b) and (c) reference is made to "Lot 5:
• Block 23" and "Lot 5". This should be changed to read
"Block 23" in each instance.
Attached you will find a copy of the grant of easement :
with the corrections noted in red. �
In view of the foregoing, I would recommend the grant of easement be accepted
subject to the aforementioned revisions.
If you concur in the revisions, please send the revised easement together with
the necessary documents to effect the acceptance to me, and I will forw'ard same
along with my report to the Mayor`s Office.

Dear Mr. Ma.rzitelli:
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority has presented
the City with Deeds of Dedication for Street and Pedes-
trian Purposes for property abutting the Torre de San
Miguel site, Concord Terrace Project Minn. R-37. This
deed has been revised in accordance with the request of
the Department of Public Works and the City' s Valua.tion
Engineer, a copy of the Valua.tion Engineer' s letter
being attached.
I have prepared and transmit herewith resolution whereby
the City Council would authorize the acceptance of this
Deed of Dedication for Street and Pedestrian Purposes.
If this is satisfactory, would you please ha.ve the City
Council approve the resolution and hereafter we will
place the deed on record in the office of the Register
of Deeds.

between the HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA, a public body corporate and politic, here-
inafter referred to as the "Authority", and CITY OF SAINT PAUL, I
MINNESOTA, a municipa.l corporation, hereinafter referred to as the

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the provisions of the Minnesota Munic:.ipa].
Housing and Redevelopment Act (La.ws of Minnesota 1947, Chapter 487,
as amended), the Authority has acquired certain lands as pa.rt of
the Concord Terrace Renewal Project, Minn. R-37, in accordance with
the Redevelopment Plan for said project; and
WHEREAS, Pursua.nt to said Redevelopment Plan, the Authority ha.s �
assembled a site lying between Robert and Wabasha. Streets and Delos

and Wood Streets which it has sold for redevelopment for low attd
moderate inGOme housing to the Torre de San Miguel Corporation; and _
� WHEREAS, In assembling said site the Authority ha.s secured the �
� vacation of certain public streets; and
WHEREAS, The City, to provide continuity of vehicular traffic
in and around the Torre de San Miguel Homes site, has required the
Authority to dedicate to the City for public purposes the herein-
after described real property; �
NOW, THEREFORE, The Authority does hereby grant, bargain, quit
claim and convey unto the City forever an easement in tha.t tract
