This should be changed to read "Block 23" in each instance. Attached you will find a copy of the grant of easement : with the corrections noted in red. � In view of the foregoing, I would recommend the grant of easement be accepted subject to the aforementioned revisions. R-37. This deed has been revised in accordance with the request of the Department of Public Works and the City' s Valua.tion Engineer, a copy of the Valua.tion Engineer' s letter being attached.
