R,ES�OLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be ha.d. o�n said assessment on the 16th
day of october, 1973 , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Ch�mber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commisaioner of Finance
give natice of said meetings, as requix�ed by the Charter, sta.ting in said notice the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed againat the lot or lots of the particular
owner to whom the notice is directed. -..
