WFIEREAS, the sidewalk inspector discovered that 700 James Avenue was charged for work that
should not have been charged, said assessment should be reduced to $100.94.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the assessment of $182.96 be reduced to $100.94.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to request the necessary changes
be made to the property owner's 2001 property ta;ces.
