Marshall City Clerk Room 386 City Hall Dear Sir: This is written in response to the application of Markland Develop- ment Company for a permit to install a 92-car parking lot on property located on the north side of Jessamine between Johnson Parkway and Prosperity, and further described by the legal description on file. This matter was heard by the Board of Zoning on August 14, 1973, the date for reconsideration of those matters heard by the previous Board when it was not properly constituted. (This matter was heard by the previous Board on June 21.) The staff noted that the previous Board had recom�nended approval subject to the appropriate property being vacated and to revised plans meeting with the approval of the Parks Department. Representatives of the application said that a portion of Geranium St. and the alley were vacated by the City Council. The Board heard a motion to recommend approval. The motion was seconded and passed by a vote of 5 to 0.
