Re: Rescinding of sidewalk order
W.S. Exchange St. - Sherman to Walnut
Dear Mayor Cohen:
The attached resolution would rescind the preliminary order for sidewalk
reconstruction on the west side of Exchange St. from Sherman St. to Walnut St.
which was passed on April 17, 1972.
A final order was never brought before council because H.R.A. did not
have funds available for this walk. The Finance Department, is asking us to
rescind this order to clear up their records as construction is not planned
in the immediate future.
The Engineering recommendation is for approval of the resolution.
Yours very truly,
C4w,fi
