RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to William G. Joslin and
his insurance company, John ivance Co. , Inc. , the sum
of $398.90, in full settlement of their claim of
damages sustained on or about July 11, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on July 24, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY WILLIAM G. JOSLIN AND JOHN IVANCE CO. , INC. ,
his insurance company
Claimant, William G. Joslin, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on July 11, 1973.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Joslin and
John ivance Co. , Inc. ' s claim in the amount of $398.90.
