WHEREAS, in connection with the St. Pau1 Dog Pound Construction Project,
it will be necessary to incur engineering and miscellaneous costs, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul proceed with the necessary work at an
estimated cost of $3,500, and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that those costs be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving (P.I.R.) Fund No. 60000, and this fund to be reimbursed from
Capital Improvement Bond (C.I.B. ) Fund No. 93073-460-081 .
