A fuhue private easement on Lots 1 and 2 for water service to Lot 3 will be established if a water service connection is ever required for Lot 3; 3. Northern Star received Ciry Council approval on Apri125"', 2001 for the final plat submitted for the Nozthem Star propezty (Sae attachment A). CSM Investozs II has a purchase agreement with Northem Star Company for Lot 1, Biock 1 Nozthern Star Addition. Once the final plat was reviewed by the county we were imformed that Lot 1, Block 1 1�Iorthem Staz Addition ttulutled a TTF disuict and a non- TIF district. Therefore we have revised the plat to split Lot 1 into two lots (Lots 1& 2) per the county requiremenu (See attachmenc B). CSM Znvestors II continues to have a purchase agreement wxth I+Iorthern Star foc the same propercy but will be designa[ed Lot 1& 2, Block 1 Northern Star Addition per the revised �lat. _ Northern Star CompanY took out of operation theiz freezer building over three to four yeazs ago. CSM Invescors II purchase agreement with Nortt�em Star Company requires CSM to demolish Northern Star's existing freeaer building located on and witivn ten (10) feet of groposed Lot 2 following the clos"vag on Lot 1 and 2 Block 1 Northem Star Addition.
