RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the prop er City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Mrs. Theresa Anderson,
the sum of $15.00, in full settlement of her claim of
damages sustained on or about May 13, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on June 21, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MRS. THERESA ANDERSON
Claimant requests payment for property damaged while
working as a cashier at the Civic Center Parking Ra.mp.
Expenses are for the cleaning and small amount for a
new coat. Liability is on the p art of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Anderson' s
claim in the amount of $15.00.
