RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full tot�.e City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to J. Edward Shepard
and United Services Automobile Association, the sum of
$176.00, in full settlement of their claim of damages
sustained on or about February 22, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on February 27, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY J. EDWARD SHEPARD AND UNITED
SERVICES AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION
Claimant, J. Edward Shepard, was involved in an accident
with a Saint Paul police vehicle on February 22, 1973.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are for
the repair of the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Shepard and
United Services A.utomobile Association' s claim in the
amount of $176.00.
