in said addition. Also, condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for
the slopes, cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject
land or remainder thereof, occaeioned by exeevationa thereof, or constructim of slopes
in the grading and surfacin �h b um�i,�� material the pro osed North-South alley
in Morsing's Re�e�s�a��El°oc�C�,a�'ween�y's Addition���yd�iln��eet to
Winona Street, in accordance with the blueprint hereto attached and made a part hereof,
the hatched portions showing the cuts and the shaded portions showing the fills,
under Administrative Order D-650 approved 1�Y 24, 1973
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 1000_00 ,
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 25th day of Sentember, 1973 at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
