RESOLVED, Tha.t the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve Amendatory Contract between the City and the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Development pertaining
to the Arlington-Arkwright Open Space Project No. Minn. OSA-113,
said Amendatory Contract providing additiona.l funds to the City
of Saint Paul for relocation benefits, and the proper City officers
are authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
