Resolved, That the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company be given permission to
construct and thereafter maintain a manhole as follows:
Twelve feet long by 6 feet wide by 7 feet deep, 140 feet from the west
property line of Wall Street and 15 feet from the south property line of
Sixth Street measured to the center of the manhole structure, as per
attached and approved application and plans.
Northwestem Bell Telephone Company shall pay the cost of publication
incident hereto.
