RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Jody Lynn Johnson,
the sum of $97 .34, in full settlement of her claim of
damages sustained on or about May 31, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on June 8, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY JODY LYNN JOHDTSON
Claimant requests payment for property damaged when a
Saint Paul Department of Public Works sweeper threw
stones at her automobile breaking the rear window.
Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses are
for the repair of the damaged window.
This office approves the settlement of Miss Johnson' s
claim in the amount of $97.34.
