RESOLVED� that the prior Resolution of this Council ,
Council File No. 261'712, approved July 20, 1973, establishing
a Saint Paul Migration Committee , is hereby amended �o that
said committee shall consist of 13 members rather than the
7 members stated in said prior resolution; and
RESOLVED FURTHER, that all other terms and provisions
of said prior Resolution shall remain in force and effect.
