RESOLUED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Mrs. Dorothy Elofson,
the sum of $150.00, in full settlement of her claim of
damages sustained on or about May 17, 1973, �s more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on June 5, 1973.

Claim against City of Saint Paul
by Mrs. Dorothy Elofson
Claimant requests payment for personal injuries which
occurred as the result of a sidewalk falldown. Expenses
are for medical bills resulting from this incident.
Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mrs. Elofson' s
claim in the amount of $150.00.
