RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay outof the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000 to Ralph A. Gornick, Jr. ,
the sum of $275.00, in full settlement of his clai.m
of damages sustained on or about June l, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on July 3, 1973.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY RALPH A. GORNICK, JR.
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
Public Works vehicle on June 1, 1973. Liability is on
the part of the City. Expenses are for the repair of
the damaged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Gornick' s
claim in the amount of $275.00.
