release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
liability Fund 09070-420-000 to William P. Waring, the
sum of $1, 250.00, in full settlement of his c laim of
damages sustained on or about June 8, 1973, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City
Counc i1 on June 21, 197 3.

MEMORANDUM
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY WILLIAM P. WARING
Claimant was involved in an accident with a Saint Paul
Public Works vehicle on June 8, 1973. Expenses include
repair of the damaged vehicle. Liability is on the
part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Waring' s claim
in the amount of $1, 250.00.
