RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve Grant Agreement b�tween the City and the State of
Minnesota Governor' s Commission on Crime Prevention and Control
pertaining to the Project entitled "Expansion & Modernization of �
the Crime Laboratory" providing Grant funds in the amount of
$134,253.00 for the Grant period commencing September 1, 1973 and
termina.ting August 31, 1974, and the proper City officers are
authorized and directed to execute the Grant Agreement on beha.lf of
the City of Saint Paul.
