RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does here-
by approve Grant Agreement between the City and the State of
Minnesota Governor' s Commission on Crime Prevention and Control for
the Project entitled "Effort for Youth of the East Side - Dayton' s
Bluff Youth Action Component"� providing Grant funds in the amount
of $13, 170.00 for the Grant period commencing July 1, .1973 through
December 31, 1973, and the proper City officers are authorized and
directed to execute the Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of
Saint Paul.
