RESOLVED' That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve Grant Agreement between the City and the State of
Minnesota Governor' s Commission on Crime Prevention and Control
for the Project entitled "Retreat", providing Grant funds in the
amount of $144, 891.00 for the Grant period commencing August l,
1973 and termina.ting July 31, 1974, and the proper City officers
are authorized and directed to execute the Grant Agreement on beha.lf
of the City of Saint Paul.
