RESOLVEDp That Saint Paul City Council Resolution, C. F.
259048, adopted June 16, 1972� and establishing Council subcom-
mittees and rules governing such subcommittees, as amended, be
and the same is hereby further amended by deleting paragraph 4
thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu and in place
thereof the following:
4. Meetings:

a. Al1 Council committees sha.11 hold regular
meetings according to a schedule designa.ted by the '
cha.irman. A schedule of such meetings shall be
provided all Councilmen, the Ma.yor, City Administrator, ,
City Attorney, the City C1erk, and news media.
b. Special conunittee meetings ma.y be held at
the call of the chairman. Advance written notice of
all special meetings sha.11 be provided all Council-
men, Mayor, City Administrator, City Attorney, City
Clerk, and news media.
c. A majority of the committee shall constitute
a quorum.
d. A ma.jority vote of the committee shall be
required for committee action.
e. Committees sha.11 keep minutes of all mee�tings.
Committee chairmen sha.11 be responsible for providing
recording secretary and approving minutes by signa.ture
of committee meetings. A copy of such minutes shall
be filed with the City Clerk as a public record and
a copy provided the Council president.
