Resolved, that the Northwestern Be11 Telephone Company be given
permission to construct and thereafter maintain a manhole 12 feet
long by six feet wide by 6'6" deep, 15 feet from the north property
line of Selby Avenue and 22 feet from the east property line of
Cleveland Avenue measured tb the center of the manhole structure,
as per attached and approved application and plans.
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company shall pay the cost of
publication incident hereto.
