Resolved, that the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company be given
permission to construct and thereafter maintain a manhole 12 feet
long by 5' wide by 6'6" deep, 23' from the north property line of
Ashland Avenue and 21' from the west property line of Fairview Avenue
measured to the center of the manhole structure, as per attached
and approved application and plans.
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company� shall pay the cost of publication
incident hereto.
