RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by
the City Attorney, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-420-000, to Francis J. Lendway and John D.
Hirte, his attorney, the sum of $75.00, in full settlement
of their claim of damages sxstained on or about February 8,
1973, as more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on March 7, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY FRAN'CI5 J. LENDWAY AND HIS ATTORNEY,
JOHN D. HIRTE
Claimant, Francis J. Lendway, requests payment for property
damaged when Saint Paul police entered property at 59-61
Atwater Street. Expenses are for repair of dama.ged property.
Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Francis J. Lendway' s
claim against the City by his attorney, John D. Hirte, in
the amount of $75.00.
