RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to Alan Norton, the sum
of $39.65, in full settlement of his claim of damages
sustained on or about May 17, 1973, as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council on
May 29, 1973.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ALAN NORTON
Claimant requests payment for property damage done to
his vehicle as a result of an obscured hole in Upper
Afton Road. Expenses are for the repair to the damaged
vehicle. Liability is on the part of the City.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. Norton•s Claim
in the amount of $39.65.
