Constructing a storm sewer in LARPENTEUR AVENUE from a point 388.0 feet East of
Ruth Street to a point 90.0 feet East of Germain Street; thence in an easement
(obtained) , from Larpenteur Avenue to Wakefield Lake, the centerline of s�id
easement being described as follows;
Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the centerline of Larpenteur
Avenue and a line 90.0 feet East of the East line of Germain Street; thence
in a Northwesterly direction deflecting to the right 11 degrees and 40 minutes
a distance of 322.0 feet; thence, continuing in a Northwesterly direction,
deflectin�g to the right 5 degrees and 20 minutes, a distance of 318.5 feet;
thence, continuing in a Northwesterly direction, deflecting to the right 25
degrees and 15 minutes, a distance of approximately 130 feet more or less to
the shoreline of Wakefield Lake.
Also, construct storm sewer in WHITE BEAR AVENUE from Larpenteur Avenue to Cali-
fornia Avenue; and in VAN DYKE STREET from Larpenteur Avenue to Ripley Avenue, all
of which is to be known as the ST. PAUL RAMSEY MAPLEWOOD JOINT STORM SEWER, PHASE
II DRAINAGE PROJECT. LARPENTEUR AVENUE TO WAKEFI�LD LAKE.

A public hearing having been had upan the asaessment for the above improvement, and said assess-
ment having been further conaidered by the Council, and having been considered finally satisfactory,
be it therefore
RESOLVED, That the said aaseasment be and the same ia hereby in all respects ratified, and the
same is hereby ordered to be aubmitted to the I}istrict Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
BE IT FURTHER RaESOLVED, That the said asaesament be and it is hereby determined to be
payable in �r� equal inatallments.
