RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept dedication for street purposes tha.t part of Lot 8,
Block 1, Leech' s Addition to St. Paul, lying southwesterly of a
line extended from a point on the Southerly line of said Lot 8,
distant 49.07 feet easterly of the Southwest corner of said Lot 8
to a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 8� distant 62 .91 feet
�
n�rtherly of the Southwest corner of said Lot 8, said property
being dedicated for street purposes by the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority of the City of Saint Paul.

Dear Mr. Ma.rzitelli:
Enclosed please find copy of letter from the Department
of Public Works recommending tha.t the City accept dedi-
cation for street purposes a part of Lot 8, Block 1,
Leech' s Addition to St. Paul. Also please find resolu-
tion whereby the City Council accepts dedication of this
property for street purposes. I suggest tha.t you have
this resolution adopted by the City Council and after the
Council approves adoption of the resolution, we will
record the deed in the Registrar of Titles Office.

Street Purposes in the Sherman-
Forbes Site Project.
Dear Mr. Segal :
The enclosed copy of a proposed Deed of Dedication from the Nousing
and Redevelopment Authority as per your letter dated Novernber 20,
1973 has been examined by the Department of Public 4Jorks.
The St. Paul City Council approved by Resolution C.F. P�o. 257397
dated February 15, 1972, the vacation of a portion of Leech Street
at West Seventh Street -�and indicates the proposed realignment of
said Leech Street.
The land described in this Deed for future street right-of-way pur-
poses fulfitls the needs of this Department for this realignment and
we, therefore, recommend that this Deed be accepted.
