1 VJHEREAS, Ruth Giuliani Rinehart joined the Saint Paul Police Department on July 14, 1977; and,
2 WI Ruth Rinehart, a.k.a. Ruthie, and the rest of the Records Unit have been noted by Chief Finney in a
3 Letter of Recognifion as having ". .. consistently performed at an ea�traordinarily high level ...' ; and,
4 WHEREAS, Ruthie's supervisors continually describe her as "a point person who is exceptional, conscientious,
5 gracious, professional, punctual, committed and adaptable"; and,
6 WI IEREAS, Ruthie's co-workers describe her as having a wonderfui sense of humor, and "always pleasant, always
� in a good mood, never crabby." who "always takes the rime to answer a question or offer direction and always does
8 it with a smile"; and,
9 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council does hereby officially recognize Ruth Rinehart
10 for all of her hard work and deternunation; and,
11 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paui City Council does hereby offer its gratitude fox a job well done
12 and also its congratulations to Ruthie for achieving the first ever Saint Paul Police DepartmenYs Civilian Employee
13 of the Year award.
