RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into and execute an
agreement between the City of Sai�.t Paul and the Port
Authority of the City of _Saint Paul allowing for the
razing and removal by the City of structures located on
property owned by the Port Authority at 801 W. Water
Street, said structures having been determined hazardous
buildings within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes 463.15,
Subd. 3, by the Division of Housing and Building Code
Enforcement of the Department of Community Services; and,
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, tha.t said agreement shall be in
substantially the form attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.

A G R E E M E N T
AN AGREEMENT, entered into this day of ,
1973, by and between the PORT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL,
a public body corporate, and the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, a municipal
corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of
Minnesota,
WITNESSETH.
1, The Port Authority of the City of Saint Pau1 is the sole
owner of the premises at 801 W. Water in the City of Saint Paul
which is legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block l, Tuttles
Addition to Saint Paul.
2. The Building Department of the City of Saint Paul has
• determined, ,after inspectibns of the property, that the structures
thereon are hazardous buildings within the meaning of Minnesota
Statutes 463.15, Subdivision 3.
3. The Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul concurs
in the findings of the Building Department with respect to the
above described property.
4. The Port Author_ity of the City of Saint Paul agrees
to permit the City of Saint Paul to enter the above premises
and raze and remove all structures thereon, and to reimburse

removal.
