the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said asaessment be and the same ia hereby in all respects approved.
BESOLVED FUR,THER,, Tha.t a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 2nd
day of J�usrys 1974 , at the hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give natice of aaid meetings, as required by the Charter, atating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assesaed against the lot or lots of the particular
,owner to whom the notice ia directed.

identified by the aignature of the aaid Commiasioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as
com;pleted by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be
conaidered proper.
