RESOLVED, Tha.t upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a. form to be a.pproved
by the City Attorney, the proper Ciiy officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
l. Metropolitan Transit Commission the sum of $110.72
in full settlement of its claim of damages sustained
on or about August 31, 1973, as more particularly
set out in a. communication to the City Council on
September 7, 1973.
2. Dua.ne Bizek the sum of $100.00 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about
July 16, 1973, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on August 17, 1973.
3. David St. George the sum of $179.75 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or a,bout
September 17, 1973, as more pa.rticularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on October 11, 1973.

MEMORANDUM TO THE COUNCIL
CLAIM5 AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY METROPOLITAN TRANSIT COMMI5SION,
DUANE BIZEK, AND DAVID ST. GEORGE
Claimant, Metropolitan Transit Commission, wa.s involved
in an accident with a City of Saint Paul Public Works
vehicle on August 31, 1973 . Lia.bility is on the part
of the City. E�enses are for the repa.ir of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of the
Metropolitan Transit Commissior�s claim in the amount of
$110.72.
Claima.nt, Duane Bizek, was involved in an a.ccident with
a. City of Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on July 16,
1973. Liability is on the part of the City. Expenses
are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Bizek' s claim in the
amount of $100.00.
Cla.ima.nt, David St. George, was involved in a.n a.ccident
with a. City of Saint Paul Public Works vehicle on
September 17, 1973. Liability is on the pa.rt of the
City. Expenses are for the repa.ir of the da.ma.ged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Mr. St. George' s
claim in the a.mount of $179.75.
