RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Lia.bility Fund 09070-420-000, to:
1. Michael B. Kra.use the sum of $90.00 in full settle-
ment of his clai.m of damages sustained on or about
July 2, 1973, as more pa.rticularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on July 19, 1973.
2. Carla S. Becker the sum of $19.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
September 11, 1973, as more particularly set out in
a communication to the City Council on October 3, 1973.

CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY MICHAEL B. KRAUSE AND CARLA S. BECKER
Claimant, Michael B. Krause, wa.s involved in an a.ccident
with a Saint Paul Department of Public Works vehicle on
July 2, 1973. Lia.bility is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for the repair of the dama.ged vehicle. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Kra.use' s cla.im in
the amount of $90.00.
Claimant, Carla S. Becker, requests reimbursement for
towing and storage charges when her vehicle wa,s towed
from a "No Parking" zone. Her car was wrongly taged and
the charges were dismissed in court. This office approves
the settlement of Ms. Becker' s claim in the amount of
$19.00.
