RESOLVED, That upon execution a.nd delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be a.pproved
by the City A.ttorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-420-000, to:
1. Kathleen L. Ascherman the sum of $89.58 in full
settlement of her claim of damages sustained on or
about August 3, 1973, as more pa.rticularly set
out in a communication to the City Council on
August 24, 1973.
2. Julia Hendry the sum of $71.32 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about August 31,
1973, a.s more particula.rly set out in a. communica.tion
to the City Council on September 11, 1973.

KATHLEEN L. ASCHERMAN AND JULIA HENDRY

August 3, 1973. Lia.bility is on the part of the City.
Expenses are for the repair of the da.ma.ged vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of Ms. Ascherma.n' s
cla.im in the a.mount of $89.58.
