RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paui does hereby direct
that a public hearing shall be held on December 20, 1973 at "10:00 o'clock A.M.
in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall and Court Mouse, Salnt Paul ,
Minnesota, for the purpose of considering the Sewer Servlce Charges fo� the
year 1974. The City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of this public
hearing, publication to be at least seven days prior to the public hearing
pursuant to Chapter 231 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
